Published rates are subject to availability, eligibility where applicable, applicable taxes, commercial confirmation and agreement. An application is not a reservation or participation confirmation.

Custom stand construction is not included. Ready Stand upgrades are available separately; prices and technical scope will be confirmed. Location premiums are not yet published.

Staff badge, technology-record and Congress access allocations are defined in the final proposal; no fixed quantities are promised here.

Rights may span brand visibility, digital/onsite activation, programme, hospitality, exhibition, access, content and international visibility. Scope, allocation and any exclusivity are confirmed in a separate rights schedule; not every right is automatically included.

Commercial participation does not buy scientific acceptance, speaker invitations, Find Technology ranking advantages, another party’s meeting acceptance or editorial coverage.

The service supports preparation, discovery and coordination; it does not promise a technology match, meeting, investment, licence or sale.

Payment schedules, cancellation/refund policies and binding agreements await commercial/legal approval. This page is not a contract or request for payment.
